Espinho
ESSE started the operation and control of the parking on the public highway in the city of Espinho on 19 March 2009, over a period of 20 years.
For the residents of Espinho, ESSE offers a Resident Card that allows parking, without time limit, in the designated zones as intended for residents, within the paid parking zone.
This card is available to all residents who do not have a garage or parking space in the room. Each card can have two assigned car registrations, however it can only be parked one at a time.
The Resident Card must always be visible on the parked car and at the end of each calendar year it must be renewed.
To obtain and renew the Resident Card, the following documents must be made available:
- Citizen Card (card PIN required) or Driving License or in case of a foreign citizen Residence Authorization issued by SEF;
- Certificate of Enrollment, or Title of Registration of Ownership of the motor vehicle, in the situations mentioned and when applicable:
- Contract that title the acquisition with reservation of property;
- Lease or rental agreement;
- Declaration issued by the owner, acquirer with reservation of ownership or renter of the motor vehicle, who signs the transfer of the use or the usufruct of the same, which shows the name and address of the applicant and the registration of the motor vehicle, accompanied by the Registration Certificate or Title of Registration of Property or Contract, which entitles the acquisition with reservation of ownership, lease or rental of the vehicle;
- Registration of the respective employer with the name and address of the applicant, the registration of the motor vehicle and its employment relationship, accompanied by the certificate of registration or title of registration of property, leasing or rental of the vehicle.
The documents submitted must be current and must state the address based on which the resident's card is required. The fee for obtaining this card is € 15 per year.

Vila Real de Santo António
ESSE began controlling parking on the public highway in the city of Vila Real de Santo António on July 1, 2015 for a period of 30 years.

Monte Gordo
ESSE began controlling the parking rate on July 1, 2015 for a period of 30 years. The concession runs only in the summer, between June 1 to September 15 and during the 24 hours.
