RESPECT FOR THE LAW AND REGULATION

All ESSE employees must comply with the legal and regulatory rules applicable to the company activity. No acts may be committed in violation of the provisions.

NO TOLERANCE TO HARASSMENT, THREATS OR INTIMIDATION

ESSE does not tolerate or allow any type of harassment or behavior, comment or abusive physical contact, or any other inappropriate conduct among employees, community, or suppliers. Anyone who engages in such attitudes, whether inside or outside the workplace, is subject to disciplinary measures. Insults, obscenities, blasphemies or any slang in the relationship with community or even with colleagues.

BRIBERY OR QUESTIONABLE PAYMENTS

All employees should actively fight against all forms of corruption, whether active or paying special attention to any form of payments or favors that constitute subtle forms of corruption.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY

ESSE the employees must always act with discretion regarding facts and information result of the exercise of their duties. 

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEES

In the performance of their duties, ESSE employees should be responsible, privileging the good environment, respect and good personal care of colleagues, the hierarchical superiors, and with their subordinates.
They should promote the exchange of information and cooperation and foster team spirit.

REGULATORY AUTHORITIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY

ESSE employees must make a commitment to collaborate while regulating, supervising and inspecting, satisfying the requests addressed to them and not behaving in any way that may impede the exercise of the powers conferred upon authorities.
